Mr. Bauder is a Swiss engineer specialized in micro-mechanics. He has been managing Watch manufacturer Customer Service departments since 1997.

He encourages and helps watchmakers, across brands and countries develop the skills needed to improve and be successful in their careers. His experience also includes the management of a WOSTEP partnership school in Japan.

His background, international experience and enthusiasm are shared with all students.
