Aspiration & passion led Mr. Tan to WOSTEP in Neuchatel to acquire a formal education in watchmaking. He has served with several large manufacturers in the Swiss watchmaking industry during his training in Switzerland & worked in the after sales services of a number of luxury brands after graduating from WOSTEP in 2011.

Prior to his career change in 2009, Mr. Tan worked in various capacities from hands-on technical maintenance, engineering & managerial positions in the metal stamping, tooling & electronics manufacturing industry for 20 years.

He is keen to impart his watchmaking knowledge, experience, skills, best practices & soft skills to enthusiastic & inspired students.
